Tatiana Levitskaia

A resident of Moscow or the Moscow suburbs. On 27 May 2025, a search took place at her home, after which she was detained and taken to a temporary detention facility. The next day she was sent under house arrest on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation in connection with her involvement with the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters.
