Terentev Ruslan Petrovich

He was detained following police raids on 17 March. Several homes of civil and political activists in the city were searched. On 19 March, Terentev was released without any measure of restriction. At the end of March, it was reported that Terentev had disappeared and his whereabouts were unknown. It was later found that he had been released on his own recognizance. He was initially a suspect in the case of involvement in mass rioting, but was eventually charged with public calling for mass rioting. On 7 July 2022, Terentyev was sentenced to one year of restriction of freedom.
