A resident of Moscow, a former military psychologist. Since May 2022, he has been detained and arrested five times on administrative articles. Rudenko said that on 7 May 2022 he was searched and taken to the police station, where he was tortured. He was forced to sign a confession to planning the 9 May terrorist attacks and to make a confession of guilt, and when he failed to do so, they drew up a report on petty hooliganism. On 18 May 2023, Rudenko was detained at Zhukovsky airport while trying to fly to Kyrgyzstan. According to him, he was then beaten again, tasered and threatened. The court arrested him for 15 days under the article on petty hooliganism. After that, Rudenko was arrested four more times in a row, being detained immediately on his way out of the detention centre. On 20 July 2023, it became known that a criminal case had been brought against Rudenko, and the next day the court sent him to custody under the article on public justification of terrorism. Rudenko's mother assumed that the persecution was related to her son's anti-war statements. Last year, he published a post on his VKontakte page condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine and also left several anti-war comments on Telegram. Later it became known that Rudenko was accused of making comments on behalf of a certain "Maimul Maimulovich" under the title "Crimea — the land of guerrilla glory", which, according to the investigation, contained approval of the activities of Chechen separatists. It is unclear how the investigation determined that Rudenko was the author of these comments. On 6 February 2024, the court sent Rudenko to compulsory treatment.
