Timur Malsagov

Detained on 7 November 2012 as a part of a criminal case on the Moscow cell of Hizb ut-Tahrir, accused of involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation, as well as preparations for the violent overthrow of power. He pleaded guilty, agreed to a plea bargain, and on 14 April 2014 he was given four years of suspended prison sentence.
