Biography
Resident of Khaibullinsky district of Bashkortostan. Detained on 5 February 2024 at his sister's house. According to his son, the law enforcers searched for Davletberdin for two days before that, visiting his relatives and acquaintances and conducting searches. On 6 February, he was taken into custody as part of a mass riots case brought in connection with a public gathering in Baymak on 17 January in support of activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years in prison. Davletberdin's son sent a certificate of tuberculosis disease to the appointed lawyer. For the last two years Davletberdin has been treated for

For the last two years Davletberdin has been treated for the disease, now he needs to undergo X-rays and prophylaxis every six months.
On 21 October 2025, the court sentenced him to three years and seven months in a general regime penal colony.
