Vadim Ignashov

Sailor, citizen of Ukraine. Detained between 27 February and 4 March because of publications in social networks. A video was published online in which a man calling himself Vadym Ignashov admits guilt, apologises, and says that Russia and Ukraine are brotherly nations and that Bandera and Nazis have no place among civilians. On 5 March, he was taken into custody. According to unconfirmed information, in October 2022 he was sentenced to a year and four months in a penal colony, the same year he was allegedly released.
