Vadim Kutsenko

Resident of Chita. Detained on 10 February 2020 after a search as a part of a case of organising activities of an extremist organisation. Reported that after detention he was strangled and beaten, including with a stun gun. On 15 February, Kutsenko was released from custody in the status of a suspect. In January 2021, Kutsenko's prosecution was over. In November 2024, it became known that the case against him was reopened.
