Vadim Panakhov

A resident of the Kherson region. On 25 March 2023, he was kidnapped. Later it became known that a case of espionage was opened against him: according to the investigation, he passed to Ukrainian intelligence data on the movement and locations of military equipment and personnel of the Russian Armed Forces. No later than March 2025, Panakhov was sentenced to 11 and a half years in a strict regime colony.
