Vadim Zitser

A teacher and founder of the public school "Apelsin" in St. Petersburg. On 24 June 2024, he was arrested in absentia in a case related to spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. On January 31, 2025, Zitser was added to the register of "foreign agents."
