Biography

The lawsuit against Snegirev was filed by the local governor Oleg Melnichenko. In 2021, Penza police already started a criminal case against Valentin Snegirev for slander (part 2 of Article 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) following a complaint from the local deputy governor, Sergei Fedotov. Snegirev was placed on the federal wanted list.
