Resident of the Arkhangelsk Region, took part in action against the construction of a landfill at Shies station that would be used to import rubbish from Moscow to the region. A case of forcible assertion of the law (i.e. self-rule) was brought against him and three other people: they were accused of attacking an excavator operator at the protest camp. Dzyuba was also accused of threatening to harm his health. Dzyuba was also accused of threatening to harm his health. On the 30th of June 2020, Dzyuba was acquitted.
