Valery Mankevich

Resident of Perm. In July 2024, it became known that a case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces. His mother's house was searched. Mankevich left Russia after he was convicted under a similar administrative article (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) in October 2023.
