Vasilii Tsependa

Former deputy of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma. Participant of the "Congress of People's Deputies" and the "Committee 2024" - organizations created by or affiliated with Ukrainian politician Ilia Ponomarev. In November 2025, Kommersant reported that a case had been opened against Tsependa for participating in the activities of an "undesirable" organization. Presumably, this refers to one of the aforementioned structures. Previously, the politician was fined 5,000 rubles under the administrative article on participation in the activities of an "undesirable" organization due to his involvement with the Committee 2024.
