Victor Sagin

A resident of Achinsk (Krasnoyarsk Krai), Sagin was identified as a suspect in January 2020 in a case concerning the organisation of activities for an extremist organisation. On 23 September 2024, he was removed from Rosfinmonitoring's list of extremists and terrorists.
