Viktor Levakov

He is a resident of Moscow and a participant in the vigils at the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge near Boris Nemtsov’s memorial. On 22 August 2024, he was placed under house arrest on charges of financing extremist activities for his donations to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. On 25 February 2025, Levakov was sentenced to 3.5 years in a general regime penal colony.
