Viktor Litvyakov

Resident of the village Kommunar (Khakassia). Relates his persecution to his criticism of the «Yuzhuralzoloto» group of companies, which operates a gold mining enterprise in the settlement. Litvyakov was tried to be brought to administrative responsibility under the article on discrediting the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of a certain publication, but the case was dismissed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
