Viktor Malkov

Resident of Smolensk. On 25 April 2019, he was detained and the next day taken into custody by court order in a case on the activities of an extremist organisation. On 20 December he was put under house arrest. On 17 March 2020, released on his own recognisance. Died on 26 April 2020.
