Viktor Meshnyakov

Viktor, a resident of Zaporizhzhia Oblast in Ukraine, was charged with espionage. According to investigators, he helped his aunt transmit information about the location and movements of Russian military equipment and personnel to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On 2 December 2024, Meshnyakov was sentenced to 15 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
