Viktor Yermolaev

Resident of Kharkiv, a lawyer. In February 2022, the propaganda TV channel RT named him as the administrator of the SVR General Telegram channel. At that time, the home of the political scientist Valery Solovey was searched in Moscow as part of a case concerning the incitement of hate in the publications in this channel. Yermolayev denied any connection with the Telegram channel, claiming that someone had used his data as a result of "careless use of the Internet" on his part. On September 18th, 2024, the lawyer was arrested in absentia.
