Vitaly Leonov

On 14 February 2011, Leonov was arrested near his workplace and brought to the police station as a suspect in a case of hooliganism in the form of a poster with pasted portraits of representatives of the authorities; in 2012, the criminal case was dismissed due to the absense of curpus delicti
