Vitaly Mamashev

Resident of the Kirov region. On 22 February 2024, he was detained when he was burning wires on the Eternal Flame in Vyatskiye Polyany. A case was brought against him for desecration of the symbol of military glory. On 10 April 2024, the court dismissed the case due to Mamashev's death.
