Biography
A former coordinator of Alexei Navalny's campaign headquarters in Vladivostok, a libertarian, and a leader of the decolonial movement Green Wedge. In August 2021, he left Russia, shortly after being summoned for questioning and told that he had "protests" protests in support of Navalny in January and February 2021. He was later put on a wanted list. In December 2024, he was added to Rosfinmonitoring's register with a designation applied to individuals prosecuted under terrorism-related charges. The case appears to be linked to the activities of the Green Wedge movement, which, along with other decolonial initiatives, was included in

The case appears to be linked to the activities of the Green Wedge movement, which, along with other decolonial initiatives, was included in the register of terrorist organisations as a structural subdivision of the non-existent "Anti-Russian Separatist Movement". On 26 November Dubovsky and Green Wedge spokeswoman Alina Saveleva were detained in Tbilisi on charges of violating migration laws. They were later taken into custody. In January 2026, both managed to leave Georgia.
