Resident of Khimki (Moscow region), owner of a construction firm. On the night of 8 June 2025, he was detained in Moscow and arrested for 13 days on 9 June under the administrative article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences). On 21 June, at the expiration of the arrest term, he was detained again at night. It was written in the report that he tried to start a fight with a police officer at about four o'clock in the morning. On 23 June he was arrested for 15 days under the same article on petty hooliganism. In the early morning of 7 July, Goy was apparently taken to Odintsovo near Moscow, where he was again detained and a report was drawn up under the same article. The next day the court arrested him for 14 days. After the expiry of the arrest period he was detained again, and on 22 July Odintsovo City Court arrested him for 15 days. On 5 August Goy, according to the new protocol, was again in Moscow, and if the first two cases were considered by courts in the Western and South-Western Administrative District, and Odintsovo is a western satellite city of Moscow, now the case allegedly took place in the North-Eastern Administrative District, in the courtyard of a residential building, where Goy allegedly used profane language. The day after his detention, on 6 August, the court arrested him for 15 days. On 20 August he was detained again and the next day was arrested under the same article for 15 days, the decision was made by the court in the Eastern Administrative District. At the end of the arrest period, as it follows from the next report, Goy was in the town of Sergiev Posad 75 kilometres north of Moscow, where he was detained again. On 5 September he was arrested again for 15 days under the same article. The next detention took place in Korolev, 50 kilometres from Sergiev Posad towards Moscow. On 22 September, the local court arrested Goy for 10 days, still under the article on petty hooliganism. On 1 October he was, according to official data, again seen in Moscow, this time in the Southern Administrative District, and detained for alleged use of profane language in a public place. The next day the court sent him to arrest for 15 days. On 16 October the story was repeated in the Northern Administrative District, and on 17 October the court arrested him for the same period. On 31 October, Goy was detained for allegedly behaving aggressively in a Perekrestok shop in the South-Eastern Administrative District, and the court issued a similar ruling the next day. This administrative arrest turned out to be the last one; in mid-November, Goy was taken into custody on a criminal case of high treason.
