A resident of Primorsky Krai. No later than March 2024, he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of confidential co-operation with foreigners. According to the version of the investigation, he was in correspondence with representatives and Legion "Freedom of Russia". On 21 June 2024, Hwang was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime colony.
