Vladimir Lapygin

On 11 May 2015, searches were conducted in Lapygin's flat and the flats of his children. On 13 May he was placed under house arrest. On 6 September 2016, he was sentenced to seven years in a strict regime colony.

In March 2017, he filed a petition for pardon.

On 11 June 2020, he was released on parole.
