Vladimir Lomovtsev

A resident of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District. A case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation because of his posts on VKontakte. At the end of December 2024, the case went to court. On 16 April 2025, the court dismissed the case due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
