Vladimir Nechayev

Detained on 13 October 2021 in St. Petersburg, taken to Balakovo. At the interrogation Nechaev had a state lawyer with him, who persuaded him to plead guilty. After the interrogation, released on his own recognisance as a defendant accused of incitement to violate sanitary and epidemiological rules in connection with the 23 January action in support of Alexei Navalny. On 13 November he left Russia.
