Vladimir Zhilinskii

Former coordinator of the "Golos" movement in the Pskov region. On 29 September 2021 he was recognised as a "foreign agent" together with other coordinators of "Golos". In December he moved to Georgia. He was repeatedly fined under administrative "foreign agent" cases. In January 2024, it became known that a case was brought against Zhilinskii for evasion of his duties as a "foreign agent". In June 2025, a case was brought against him for public justification of terrorism because of a comment in which he spoke favourably of the Freedom of Russia Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps. In December 2025, Zhilinskii was detained in Armenia but was soon released. In January 2026, the joint criminal case went to court.
