Vladislav Arinichev

Resident of Moscow, activist. Participated in anti-war actions in March 2022. Was fined under administrative articles on discrediting the army (Art. 20.3.3. of the CAO) and calls for sanctions (Art. 20.3.4. of the CAO - the first fine under this article). Arinichev left Russia. On 20 July 2023, he was placed on Rosfinmonitoring's list of extremists and terrorists. On 20 November 2023, Arinichev was taken into custody in absentia on charges of public justification of terrorism. The activist was denied political asylum in Croatia and placed in a deportation prison.
