Biography
Detained on 27 July 2019 during the dispersal of the rally for fair elections and left for two nights in the police station. On 29 July, he was sent to administrative arrest for seven days. On 3 August, immediately after leaving the special reception centre, Barabanov was taken to the Investigative Committee for questioning and charged with participation in mass riots. On 5 August, the court sent him to custody.
On 3 September, the Investigative Committee reported that the prosecution against Barabanov was terminated.
