Vladislav Bugar

A resident of the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine. According to the Politzek.org project, he was kidnapped on 24 July 2024. On 17 January 2025, a terrorism financing case was initiated against him over donations to "one of the Ukrainian paramilitary nationalist organisations", with Bugar being accused of making the donation in January 2025, according to the project. On 10 July 2025, Bugar was sentenced to nine years in a strict regime colony.
