Vladislav Partaloha

Resident of Samara. On 15 November 2023, he was detained in connection with his intention to set fire to a relay cabinet on the railway. The Samara resident was placed in custody. Later, the FSB issued an official report in which Partalokha was claimed to be a supporter of the Freedom of Russia legion. A case of preparation for a terrorist attack was opened against him. Apparently, the legion did not appear in the final version of the indictment, otherwise Partalokha would have been accused of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. On 25 September 2024, he was sentenced to five and a half years in a strict regime colony.
