Biography
Vladislav Radchenko is a lawyer from Udmurtia. Until 2024, he was a deputy prosecutor of the Balezinskii district. In October 2025, he was detained in a case of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. According to the Investigative Committee, he passed information about the activities of the law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Defence, that took place in Udmurtia, to a Ukrainian organisation designated as a terrorist organisation in Russia.
The Federal Security Service (FSB) noted that Radchenko was an opponent of the war in Ukraine and had a negative attitude towards the Russian political leadership.
