Remnev's friend, tattoo artist Svetlana Agibalova, who is on the same case with him, claims that she found an advert on Avito, contacted the customer and he asked her to put images on the doors of several flats, while Remnev only accompanied her and helped her hold the stencil. She claims that she thought that occult groups would meet in these flats. On 23 June 2025, Remnev was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime colony. On 24 September 2025, the sentence was reduced by three months. In November 2025, a certain case against Agibalova and Remnev under the article on vandalism was brought to court. It is unknown what this case is and why it is being considered in the district court and not in the court station.
