The resident of Kurilsk. Supposedly a supporter of the "citizens of the USSR" movement. He has four children, two of whom are minors, has a disability, and his arm does not work.
In 2022 and 2023, Ryaskin was fined 30,000 rubles under the article on discrediting the army (part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the CAO) and twice - for 1,100 and 1,500 rubles - under the article on dissemination of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the CAO).
