Vsevolod Kozlovskyi

A resident of Velikie Luki. He was a deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly from United Russia, but left the fraction in 2019 because of the authorities' attempt to name Zelenaya Street in Velikie Luki after a military officer. In August 2022, he was detained in a libel case over a social media post about a former security officer and the president of a local factory. In March 2024, Kozlovskyi was sentenced to a fine of 150,000 rubles, but was released from the execution of the sentence due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. Kozlovskyi believes the case was initiated to prevent him from running for City Duma. In April 2025, it became known that a libel case had been opened against him. Apparently, Kozlovskyi was given a recognisance not to leave the country.
