He was detained in October 2018 in Moscow with 3 bundles containing amphetamine, hashish, marijuana with a total weight of about 50 grams. A criminal case was opened against him under part 3 of article 30, paragraph "g" of part 4 of article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted sale of narcotic drugs on a large scale") and a measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen.

On 21 December 2018, another criminal case under Part 1 Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls to commit terrorist activities") was opened against the defendant in pre-trial detention because of the song "Vyacha - Kill the President". On 9 January 2019, the court dismissed the case due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
