Biography
Student of the Amur Polytechnic College. At the end of August 2023, he and his friend, Elban resident Anton Bogatyrev, were detained by the FSS, after which both were sentenced to 15 days of detention under the administrative article for the demonstration of prohibited symbols (20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) in connection with putting up leaflets for the Freedom of Russia Legion. The leaflets appeared in the village of Elban on the office of telecommunications provider 'Megaphone' as well as the front door of a tuberculosis clinic. Tsang-Hoyu was then additionally prosecuted for sabotage, as well as for

On 20 September 2024, he was sentenced to 15 years in a strict regime colony.
