The administrator was detained and released from the police department only in the middle of the next day, forbidden to leave Orenburg. On 18 March she was summoned to an investigator, after which she was detained and taken into custody on 20 March on charges of organising the activities of an extremist organisation, "an international LGBT social movement". It is alleged that she "videotaped the events".
