Yaroslav Kobzev

A resident of Lipetsk, a construction worker. A case was opened against him for confidential co-operation with foreigners and preparation to commit a terrorist act. According to his words quoted by Mediazona, he talked to a stranger about an opportunity to earn money, and the latter offered him to set fire to a certain building. Kobzev claims that he refused, but writes that he sent a certain photo to the aforementioned stranger and received a thousand rubles for it. On 10 April 2025, he was sentenced to nine years in a penal colony.
