On 1 February 2022, the Maikop City Court of the Republic of Adygea passed a sentence on Yegor Dybov from the village of Udobnoye, Maikop district. He was found guilty under part 2 of article 162 (robbery), part 4 of article 166 (unlawful seizure of a car or other vehicle without the purpose of theft), part 2 of article 158 (theft), part 2 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code. The latter charge was related to the fact that Dybov in his surroundings publicly expressed support for the A.U.E. (“Prison. Order. Universal”), cultivated the foundations of prison life, denied generally accepted moral principles and the supremacy of law, advocated violence as a means of achieving his goals and hostility towards members of the authorities and administration. He considered himself a member of A.U.E., socialised with previously convicted persons and visited thematic groups on social networks. The court sentenced Dybov to six years' imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with a one-year restriction of liberty.
