Yulia Streltsova

Resident of the Arkhangelsk Oblast. She studied at the Institute of Industrial Management, Economics and Trade in St. Petersburg. In June 2024 at the latest, the FSB of the Sverdlovsk region investigated Streltsova's alleged involvement in the activities of the project AntiPytki ('Anti-Torture'), which covers violations of prisoners' rights and publishes data of convicts who cooperate with prison guards. On 30 October 2024, she was arrested on the charge of participating in an extremist organisation.
