A resident of Togliatti. On July 11, 2024, his home was searched as part of a case regarding financing extremist activities in connection with donations to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. Bobkov was placed under travel restrictions. On February 5, 2025, he was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 rubles.
