Yuri Zadorozhny

A Ukrainian military serviceman. On 10 September 2024, he was captured in Kursk region. The captured military men were insulted and forced to praise the Russian Airborne Forces and Putin on video camera. A criminal case of committing a terrorist act was initiated against Zadorozhny — this was how the actions of the Ukrainian military in the Kursk region were qualified. On 5 March 2025, he was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime penal colony.
