Resident of Voronezh. In April 2025, a case on calls to extremism was initiated against him because of a comment. The reason for the case was a comment in the social network "VKontakte", "Glory to Ukraine, death to fascist occupants", left under a post with a photo of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. Avsenev signed an undertaking not to abscond.

On 17 September 2025, the court ruled to send the Voronezh resident to involuntary treatment.
