Yuriy Saveliyev

He was detained and taken into custody on November 8, 2018, on charges of organising the activities of an extremist organisation. On December 16, 2020, he was sentenced to six years in a general regime colony. The appellate court left the decision unchanged. On November 24, 2021, the court of cassation decided to send the case for a new trial to the court of appeal. On February 7, 2022, the appellate court again left the first-instance court decision unchanged.

Saveliyev was released on July 19, 2023.
