Biography
Resident of Nalchik. In March, Zhambekov was fined 30,000 roubles under the administrative article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3.3 of the Administrative Code) because of his publications on social networks. In April, Zhambekov was summoned to the Centre for Countering Extremism and shown a video of a girl tearing a sticker off a car. After the conversation, a report was drawn up on Zhambekov for disobedience to the lawful demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences), and then the court arrested him for five days. While Zhambekov was under arrest, a criminal case was opened against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and involving minors in committing a crime. On 24 June, he was sentenced to two years suspended for two years and a fine of 30 thousand rubles with the possibility of repayment in instalments.
