In July 2022, Sitdikova was fined 40,000 rubles (445 USD) under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Art. 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) because she wore a sweatshirt with the inscription "NO WAR" during Oleg Gazmanov's concert on 12 June. Three and a half weeks after the incident, when she went to the police to retrieve the sweatshirt, a report on disobedience to the lawful demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code) was drawn up and she was detained, after which she was arrested for five days. In early September 2022, Sitdikova was searched in a case of justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) because of a video of an attack on the Russian ambassador to Poland. In April 2023, Sitdikova and another activist Vera Otreshko were detained because of their intention to hold a picket with a "9 May" poster. In May, Sitdikova was searched in connection with a criminal case on discrediting the army, filed against Pavel Chumakov from Kazan. On 4 July the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan cancelled the decision to search the activist's flat. In the same month it became known that Sitdikova is being held as a defendant in a criminal case on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On 25 August Sitdikova was detained on her way out of the house and taken to the police station, where a report was drawn up on the organisation of an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code); the next day the court arrested her for eight days. It is not known why the protocol was drawn up. On 29 October activists who gathered at the monument to the victims of political repressions were issued summonses by the Center "E" employees or called orally for questioning as witnesses in Sitdikova's case. In November, it became known that a case of Nazi rehabilitation was also brought against Sitdikova - because of the poster "9 waя", which was one of the reasons for the case of discrediting the army. On 28 May 2024, she was sentenced in the combined case to two years' suspended sentence.
